There is no work life balance, you should be ready to work 24/7. Don't expect any benefits like PF, insurance, casual leave. If u are 1 min late half day salary cut, office hours 9 to 6, but you should work post that time also, day by day yours task will increase not your salary. Daily tasks sheet you should write like school dairy.meeting will be there to demotivate you.If you apply for leave you won't get any approval. Such a worst place to work...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
