Nothing to Like. The work environment is actually an informal but not the friendly type.

Dislikes

The Work pattern as well as the delegation of duties and responsibilities is not regulated. There is too much of work and the staff to handle is too less and incompetent leading to an high work burden and work life imbalance. The seniors at workplace prioritize the work over the health of their employees and do not regulate hospitality. The wants are unreasonable. There are night travels and are expected to work without adequate rest on outstations.
