Work culture in KTK is not that's much good and the management of the company was not that's much professional. This is the one of the worst experience in my life to work at KTK.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
