1. Everything is in one person's hand, so he does whatever he wants. 2. No work-life balance 3. If you have that kind of bond with the manager then only you will get appreciation and a salary hike. 4. They don't consider your hard work they just see who is spending more time with the senior Managers 5. Very poor financial discipline. Always on cash crunch. Very low on payscales. Expect to work in other departments with same salary. No work appreciation. No incentive module. While comparing with bigger brands and keeping vision to grow like them, don't want to take good candidates with little higher salaries.
