I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company is manpower now started getting project. Which is only monitoring work. Not good for experience in production.

Everything in starting stage so no comments on future growth.

Work policy: 2 shift are at office one is WFH.
