Job satisfaction is quite good here. You would feel that you have actually done something which is important to learn and grow in a career.

Dislikes

Seniors are not supportive. They do partiality between boys and girls. They give more preference to female candidates. Further prefer unenthusiastic employees over hard working employees.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
