In Kotak Mahindra bank work life balance is terrible, work environment and Job security are even more terrible, salary would be less when compared with its counter parts and the appraisals are peanuts what we receive.

My work is quite hectic being a branch relationship manager, you will only have to take care of both the services and sales of the clients you are mapped with, at times makes you highly irritating.

They put so much of pressure on new employee that we start facing health issues , I have just completed 4 month in the organisation and I have given the resignation they put lots of pressure for LI and they need LI on daily basis, When I put resignation my BM Mr Shridhar Pandey forced me to put the mail for early Releaving I don't want early Releaving then to he forced me to to put the mail for early Releaving and there is no support , system are very bakwas , worst culture , even you can't smile of you will smile he will ask me why are you smiling and he has a redio record in his mouth he only says business closes how many meeting and also say abhi to bohot achese baat kar raha hu bad me kese baat karuga aap soch bhi nhi sakte and he shout so loudly on a girl he doesn't care wether I am a girl or a boy he treat very bad worst place...Read More

I am joined kotak bank 5 th August 2024 as Corporate salary as RM then my training done september and I am done business also as well good LI 2 lac ,4 trinity account and all but then suddenly receive mail structure changes so you transfer to branch banking that mail received December then no one contact I am going to mapp branch but then after also recieve one mail saying that another branch sitting transfer but that mail branch address and BM name worng mentioned I am facing issue for attending branch and reporting then after very struggling I am mark attendence from home due to no one taking responsibility about me even area manager Santosh Valse is also very rude manner and hr Mamta ahuja is she don't know at all anything ..in my life joining kotak is wrost decision of my life .I giving feedback to no one join KMBL...Read More

There is no work life balance here On weekends upper management wants us to work ..brnach opening time is 9.30 but closing time is never decided. Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

They just hire people without any scrutiny just to fulfill the seats.

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers
