No feedback is taken from frontline staff before framing the products/ processes, more of meetings, upper management has no interaction with frontline staff to motivate and clearly communicate companies vision and mission. Pay parity is missing within teams

It is a good place for those who came as avp and above. On ground level there is no work life balance and job securities. The main problem is about the culture, so many conference call happens where only limited time employees get for their work. Imbalance professionalism.

Ascend program and Kotak uber service for women but that too have been reduced to 5 times uber drop service in a month

There is no work life balance working till late , too much pressure , partiality, bad infrastructure, politics , hard core sales pressure

It is good company and learnt lot of things....kotak process is soo good and also I got good support from HR and area manager...they preferred for good hardworker.... I missed good opportunity to learn in kotak due to health issues ....if any opportunities get means definitely I ll join again in kotak...coz I can grow again bcs of that kotak process...

Bank is not bad but specially the working capital group is very bad the reason is the RBH is not good. He humiliated every employees.

Bank is not Bad but specially the working capital team culture is very bad and the reason is only for RBH. he is humiliated every employees. He forced to work for sunday specially month end holidays. Appraisal is not transparent it's all about RBH hand.

I have learned nothing there I request other people that do not join this organization. There is no work life balance no one care about your personal life. While I'm on my notice period I am suffering from a very heavy dieseas called chicken guniya and they said that I don't know anything you have to come to the office. So from my opinion kotak is not good bank to join.
