Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Ascend program and Kotak uber service for women but that too have been reduced to 5 times uber drop service in a month

There is no work life balance working till late , too much pressure , partiality, bad infrastructure, politics , hard core sales pressure

Sales people are made to forcefully leave the office by 10 am morning after the meeting to the field. They are made to visit every shop and houses/ apartments in every streets to open Current Account & Savings Account. Made to torture customers continuously calling them for credit card & mutual fund & life insurance. Pathetic work life balance. If you are not opening any savings / current account or not doing any other product, you will be made to sit in the office till 10 pm. And we have to come to office next day again before the morning hurdle which starts at 8:30 am - 9:00 am. Join here at your own risk. Because your life will be hell after you join Kotak Mahindra Bank. People like Uday Kotak who is the MD of this bank don't want it's employees to live a peaceful & comfortable life in this organisation. They started ola uber facility but after some time this will increase time for booking ola Uber facility which is not good.

Lengthy process, every process they required approval, there is no technical and faster process available. HR management is completely puppet. Hiring of supervisory role requires relevant and experienced person from same banking industry but this bank hires who are from other industries. Management will support with people no experience and who can do mockery. People with skills and knowledge will be degraded here.
