Totally corrupted organization. If any one raises there voice against some wrong thing they will terminate that employee for being safe sight. There is no safety for females as well. Females use to stay quiet only because of the fear of losing their job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
