I don't find something positive is this organisation, most people just coming branch and mis sale product do customer, more often senior management schedule meeting just for nothing.

Management aren't focused on overall development in infra and tech, even they aren't provide proper training to thair existing employee for their skills development. They take only meetings and ask only number from employees. Most emp here don't put efforts to make good relationship with client, they just want to sell entire productto the customer even when customer said that I don't needed. Dislikes

Not pay enough as per the industry. No work life balance as you have to work on weekends and public holidays. Toxic work culture along with bad words if sales is not happening. If sale's not completed the you have to spend your own money for the target achievement.
