Ambiguity in JOB offer.

I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do. CTC would be same approximately. Suggest me right decision with reason... 1. I can continue with Arka Fincap. 2. Will join HDB financial as BM. 3. Will join Varthana finance as BM. I have worked in credit card department. Brand value is good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

But the management is the worst compared to other companies, No one will hear your problems, they just want their target not a single Saturday is off rather we have to work on Sundays sometimes. they force you work till 8pm daily but sometimes it can go upto 9 pm.

Great opportunity to explore in almost every new task assigned. Co-operative colleagues and seniors is an addon. Management and company policies benefit both customers and employees
