No job security Management is extremely bad. They hire whenever they have new clients on hand, and as soon as the delivery is done they find unnecessary loop holes in a person and lay them off without any prior information. They don't provide proper feedback to employees. No proper HR team who will look into the employees matters. HR is just for salary distribution and hiring.

Dislikes

The work culture, management is extremely poor. The partner does things as per his will, can hire and layoff people anytime No job security at all
