Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. There is absolutely nothing to like here. Expect for the fact they pay salary on 1st of every month. Which has recently started

1. Tissues were not arranged in washroom. This shows how inefficient the culture here is. 2. Leave policy and other policy do not follow labour laws 3. There is no physical presence of the company. No name board, no ID cards. Feels like you go to a hidden location and work 4. Worst ever approach towards employees. 30mins of speech to give 1hour permission.

In Total the company is worst, suggest not to join at all. 1. The HR and manager is worst here, they will keep on extanding probationary period. 2. No sick leave or causal leave untill your made permanent which means they don't care about employees health directly Loss of pay 3. No training will be provided and your asked to workwith deadline 4.
