I have seen worst company in my life. No site engineer value. Site engineer treated like labour. Always negative talk. Worst worst.. No on time salary. No furture in this company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
