We create New Markets and we will take orders from the New Dealers but in that orders our Vise President will come to Market and he will be confirmed in that mean time the dealers will wait how much time so that why the dealers will do work from the Company. So that dealers not Satisfied to do work from the Company Policy.

The job is intreastings and I struggled to do New Market Creating and New Dealers in the two R three Months.
