Teamwork spirit is very high. Whatever is done is planned by a team. Refresher courses and workshops are occasionally held to reignite staff to perform better. Job security level is relatively high to whoever is keen on his job. There's room for career growth through further studies and benchmark. Salary is, however, a bit low. Appraisal is done based on predetermined aspects by the ministry of education. The immediate supervisor normally does it. There is limited travel and we're not allowed to participate in politics. If one actually wanted to get involved in politics, he would be required to resign from his employment before. The learning and work environment are very good making it possible for Kiira College Butiki to be one if the best schools in the country. The work-life balance if fairly low....Read More
