CRM of khanna hyundai is totally dishonest and disgusting lady she only puts u and ur morale down shouts badly in front of customers and staff she has no professional behavior ,never shout on work but on personal life matters

My work was mainly of showroom hostess but they make me do many other jobs in that salary like reception work and telecalling and showroom hostess and all that contaibs a lot lot lot of work

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
