I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Its a mid size firm so i got to know to work on all cases like i got exposure to do statutory audits and also preparation and filing of incomr tax returns and also did gst audit. Though stipend was very less but the work experience was more than that and this is what is needed.

Dislikes

There is nothing in particular which i disliked but there was a lack of professional behaviour in the organisation.
