Overall it is a good company.Company owner is very decent and knowledgeable.But the main problem with him that he trust those who always looted him and he give them the opportunity to do it again and again.but he never trust the person who actually thinks for his company.

There is nothing to explain about my work.for my company owner I am just his burden but the person who always give him wrong information about me he trusted him the most and still he trust him.Actually he enjoys how he getting looted.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
