This company is incredibly un employee-centric and shows a blatant disregard for the well-being of its employees. They have failed to provide leave for the upcoming elections in Haryana, and frankly, I believe the Haryana government should take strict action against them for this neglect and not following of govt. orders. Mentioningabout the CEO of the company- he is quite pathetic, often changing his statements to suit his convenience and don't have any goals or plans for the growth of the company. It's evident that the negative reviews reflect the true state of the company, while the few positions are likely coerced from employees to maintain a facade on platforms like Ambition Box, even they don't have any positive reviews on Google. I am relieved to have left this toxic environment in time, thus saving my career. Also to note, they don't have clients and just Reliance and Honda which leads to struggling financially to pay employees on time.
