The Municipal Corporation of Katni is public utilities related organisation .It touches the every aspect of Urban Population like health,street light ,birth & death registration sanitation ,self employment program ,skill training etc .All public Utilities related program are time bound under LOK SEWA GURANTEE SCHEME . The Municipal Corporation of Katni is Under staffed. There is huge gap between required manpower and availability of personnel . The heavy work load takes a toll of human health.The decision making process is not structured no one is ready to take responsibilities without pressure of higher authorities .

In plain term Public grievances department like LOK SEWA GURANTEE is very challenging . constraints like politics of corporate ,vested interest lack of resources and time limit required out of box thinking and innovative problem solving thinking .
