I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I like there nature about work......and to much learning banking skills and other banking knowledge....good communication as well and management team... lot of support are their for educational and any other situation.
