I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The worst experience i faced ever.

Dislikes

Salary dalays more than 3 months. Each single decision should be approved by owner. Very bad commission policy. Non reasonable target amount Terrible financial situation. And many other reasons
