I have Lost my job, One day got a call that on the next day is your last day. Worst company in my carrier.... I was sitting jobless for 4 months not even 1 penny given extra to sustain.

Work Details

Worst company, I suggest you never to a company like this. This company has spoiled 2 years of mine. Can you believe they lost a 34 million project to save salary of safety officer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
