Likes

It was a wonderful experience till three company was owned by the original founders. Great learning experience & diversity within an extremely specialized sector.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

I left the company before handover to new owners/ management was completed. From what i got to know from other colleagues who continued to work there were several changes in the way the company started operating, conducting business & dealing with employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
