Dislikes

Compensation is very competitive, but would be better if there was a organized payout structure for every project.

Work Details

My role is to develop technical illustrations of military aircraft with utmost historical accuracy, writing in brief about the technical significance of aircraft.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
