Policy changes as management wants to take revenge from one employee. Other employees will suffer due to this bad management behaviour. And rarely you will get HR support. And At the end of notice period HR and management will blackmail you for relieving letter to complete certain extra work even after completing notice period you will be paid for that days. The work culture is worst. The director is completely non-technical person and does not have any knowledge of the work. He does not understands the timelines and blockers faced. There is no job security, he fires anyone anytime. He wants that everyone should keep working, even in lunch time. Not a good place, would never recommend to anyone.
