You will get salary on time. That's it, this is the only perk you will get salary at last day of month.

Dislikes

Policy changes as management wants to take revenge from one employee. Other employees will suffer due to this bad management behaviour. And rarely you will get HR support. And At the end of notice period HR and management will blackmail you for relieving letter to complete certain extra work even after completing notice period you will be paid for that days. But it will be disruption to join new organisation on time..

I've been part of this organization for the past 1.9 years, and it has been a great journey. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, and I've experienced good career growth. The CEO and colleagues are very supportive, creating a positive work environment. Would definitely recommend it to others looking for a place to grow!

The work culture is worst. The director is completely non-technical person and does not have any knowledge of the work. He does not understands the timelines and blockers faced. There is no job security, he fires anyone anytime. He wants that everyone should keep working, even in lunch time. Not a good place, would never recommend to anyone.
