The company is comfortable for express our working style. co-operate our team working employees and give to salary/other facilities in time to time in proper manner.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high,but growth is very slow and i have to work more hours straight in a day.

Work Details

I am going to our store to first check our material day to day active program. To recovery material form companies check L.R. copy,Invoice and packing list details and take permission to our project manager then unload material.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
