Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Jumia Nigeria is a company that is accommodating to all and enhances the growth of young people. It provides an avenue to learn, work, earn and grow. The companies imbibe good ethics and do not trouble their staff if the staff follows the rules and their job policy which involves giving your best to work.

Dislikes

Due to its Job nature, it's not the usual 9-5 and Monday to Friday job, so you may need to forfeit part of your weekend sometimes and also work extra hours off course for payment.
