I like the way i work for them bcoz i m able to understand that what is more important and how the things have to be done within time.

Company is fine but they are not giving me enough salary according to my attention what i m paying to the company. Bosses doesn'tunderstand the value for their colleagues. I want to grow up in my career and a good attention by the company..

I am working as merchandiser there who makes sample as per buyer's comments and i takes follow ups for whole production team after garment's orders come.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
