The working culture in JSP is Awesome, I enjoyed working in this premises , it helps me to get to know everyone I work with and build a meaningful and supportive relationships, I worked with in the past inspired me and motivated me to keep developing my skills to contribute to achieving business goals.

Dislikes

1) Huge working process. 2) Irregularities in work timing. 3) Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning about the process and responsibilities, I learnt everything on the job, Afterwards it become easy to handle the process and achieves my target along with the progress

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
