Dependence on few guys for everything. There is no Job security. Unwanted interfere by few people on every department. There is no SOP for smooth work.

I loved to do my work. I had a good learning experience.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the HR does not address our issues to the management. Management gives bonus and salary increment only to their favourite employees even if they make company's financial losses. Department head does not have any knowledge of work and fails provide any guidance. HR does not follow labour rules. They just follow the instructions of the management. Employees are treated like machines. Late hours working to complete the least important tasks. Management don't understand the priority work....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
