I had a very disappointing experience working with this organization. Several aspects of their work culture and management practices raise serious concerns: 1. **Lack of Project Clarity:** The company often assigns tasks without a proper understanding of the projects. Much of the work involves fixing bugs in code written by others, with little to no context provided. 2. **Invasive Monitoring:** The company uses software to monitor employees' every movement, including taking screenshots of desktops every minute. This excessive micro-management creates a suffocating work environment. 3. **Disrespectful Culture:** There is a noticeable lack of respect and inclusivity in interactions, which greatly affects morale and teamwork. 4. **Role Mismatch:** Despite hiring for a specific technology, employees are frequently forced to switch to entirely different technologies within days of joining. 5. **Career Growth Concerns:** The nature of the work and the lack of proper mentorship or opportunities to learn new skills can hinder professional growth....Read More
