Novice HR Team! Irresponsible CEO! Clueless Founder! Unprofessional Sales Head! Directionless Senior Managers! This is a start-up company and there's nothing wrong with that, but this company is surely not fit for professionals, neither for freshers nor experienced ones. No one from an associate level to the higher management in this company appears to have gone through basic training for their respective roles. The first interaction was with an HR assistant. Poor lady, she doesn't even know how to start a conversation with a candidate for the very first round of interviews. That's not only her fault, the organization itself is equally responsible for not providing appropriate training to her. The second round of interviews was with an HR Manager. A decent experience --> Got hired!! Next comes the joining day, an awful experience. They provide one-day basic training about the products & services and sales process to everyone (from associates to managers) in the same batch and insist new employees make sales from the very first day of their joining. It's more like a network marketing job and not for a professional sales or management job. It also looks like a tactic of the company for free marketing. Poorly designed website, inappropriate or unclear information under FAQs, horrible management, awful policy (they expect at least 2 sales from every new hire, but they don't pay salary for the first week of OJT period). This start-up company is simply wasting investors' money (if any third person is an investor), human resources, and precious time of genuine and sincere employees. No one entertains your queries or concerns, and senior managers do not pass any feedback to the upper management or CEO for matters related to employees' privacy or something related to the terrible policy. Consequently, I resigned from this organization within two days of my joining because of the horrible management and unreliable top authorities. Good organization to build a career in sales in remote mode. Opportunities are available in good numbers if one is willing to work for it, same goes for career growth. If one is looking for good career growth but has no issues with a challenging environment, they can surely join this organization.

Realistic Targets Even though this is a sales company and for a manager..targets should be very very huge But I'm very satisfied with the targets that I received every month..work pressure is also very nominal Friendly environment and seniors are actually very supportive

In working from past 4 months Here as sales employee,I do have targets but management is very supportive coming to guiding and all I have sold subscription plan in my ojt period I was bit nervous as it's remote job But coustomer is very happy that he got services after booking appointments
