Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

If you want more money then you can choose this office. They will provide you over time pay also

If you want peace ful work then this is not the place for you because you have to work minimum of 11 to 12 hrs per day. They will force you to come week ends and company holidays also.

Managers & HR Worst Behavior. And misleading report to Boss. There are insecurities about job due to misreporting. Managers always threatening staffs that boss will terminates, if you not do what I am saying. One Manager (YS) used to drink in office with two or three staff in night usually alternate day. And also force their team mate to work late night. For this he always mislead his boss that employee are not working properly and accurately, so he has to stay late night. The staffs who used to drink with him, got good feedback about their work to boss. Even if they are not working. These staffs also get more increment and 100 percent bonus. While others who really works hard and honestly, gets nothing. Actually they were misreported that they are not working honestly and misusing office....Read More
