Terrible work culture. Extremely toxic and non inclusive. Most employees do mot have basic manners or etiquette. Bullying, gossip mongering is at unimaginable heights. It feels more like a solitary confinement in jail rather than a work place which is more open minded. Horrible building and canteen. The canteen does not provide goodfood. Viacom is cheating employees of their money as they have already reserved a part of your package to go into reliance insurance.
