no work life balance, compulsory 9 hrs, no wfh, twin towers two buildings around 40+ floors and not enough space for lunch.

work life balance is good, In RCP there are many facilities like GYM,TT and lot of activity to do.

Dislikes

No remote culture, no salary hike, PLI always delay, manager not helpfull, 9hr very strict. no new things are implementing in the project.

You get the exposure to whole new age technology and been challenged to make the very reliable, scalable ,responsive customer facing projects . The freedom to choose technology is great and you get to learn about the new technology . Exposure is great

Dislikes

The company's appraisal and not so formal culture is bad . You are not been praised a lot. The company's 9 hours of punch in -punch out system is very outdated and unnecessary thing . The higher management is traditional Non IT people which follows SIR culture .

Startup like culture, fast paced, new technologies, learning opportunity

Management is worst, there are no sick leaves. Working hours is is always 11+ and sometime 15 hrs. No WFH even if you are sick, HR's are to lazy to reply even though sometime for a month until and unless you add their senior in mail. No comp-off for extra hours and working on saturday sunday.

Nothing is good about working in the MyJio team, except the job security.

Dislikes

1. Arrogant managers 2. No clear expectations from your managers, but expect to work like a pro 3. Appraisal rate is between 3-5% only without any communication 4. No work life balance, have to be available on weekends as well 5. Zero appreciation for your work

The campus is amazing.

The salary structure is pathetic. There is a orthodox hierarchical management which never things or their employees. The appraisals are very low and mostly based on office politics and favoritism and also the appraisals are very delayed like you get it around July or August.

Organization is very good but now it depends on your reporting manager whether he makes your life miserable or good. Yearly appraisal is not that great.

The salary is very less. Whole upper management is filled with people from Mumbai only. At times, people abuse in the meetings as well leaving the professionalism behind. Work culture is at times toxic as well.

Its not a place where you can set up a career. Don't expect to grow a lot in terms of position as the system is pretty old school with no recognition or perks based on improvement and development. I like to quote my manager on this who said, "Its a government job in the private sector", so you can just do a monotonous job without putting in a lot of efforts and continue to have a comfortable life, but doesn't really help you if you want to improve or set a career path....Read More
