Only thing to like working at jio is enormous main campus and facilities.

Dislikes

Everything from work culture to employer mindset (even election day leave is compensated by making Saturday working for that week). 0 work satisfaction all manger level post is filled by arrogant old mindset people.

Nothing as such. Only thing is they don't fire easily, unless u face disciplinary action

Countless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

Working with jio platforms is good experience as a fresher. Learned many things from teammate’s & softwares as we are using on our project.

Dislikes

There is no growth e work life same project & same tools . There is no free time to learn something new and no one will not allow grow up in work carrier to learn something. How much we are working that much appraisal we not get from them

It depends upon the HOD. My experience was not good since I faced serious harassment

Dislikes

HR was very harassing. If you face any issue, don’t hesitate to reach Mr. Anish Shah and Mr. Sanjay Jog no matter how much your manager blackmail you or threaten you. If you face harassment, higher management will definitely help you but you’ve to be very much honest. However, they weren’t able to help me and I had to lose my job.
