It all depends on your manager. The work-life balance, the appraisals and all. Also no crisp system to make their employees up skill or any in-house training programs like other big IT companies.

Favoratism, no option to change project, no learning, no growth, 3-5% appraisal, no arrears, no fix time line for appraisal and variables pay, HR dept of no use, your lead will have all controls, old laptop will be given, 3 month strict notice period. Designation of manager but work of developer. No job security 2018 many were laid off

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
