I like the team leader and some managers whom I have meet and they are very good and supportive they try to listen and resolve the queries and obviously training team and support team is very good in this firm.

Dislikes

The break management and the rotational shift and the logout time aligned to the agents are not at all appreciable there are few higher authorities member who really is helpful and kind but most just think about there process and not about the agents and there preferences so I think everywhere something is wrong or the other but the training team is awesome and the HR is also helpful i hope everything will be resolved and its a good company to work in cause nothing in this world is perfect and finding something perfect is like a dream so it is good to work in the firm ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
