I'm not satisfied manager's are rude.no work culture.they are never give Here the week off is never given as per the agents. It is difficult to work peacefully. You will not get peace by working here.

I like the team leader and some managers whom I have meet and they are very good and supportive they try to listen and resolve the queries and obviously training team and support team is very good in this firm.

Dislikes

The break management and the rotational shift and the logout time aligned to the agents are not at all appreciable there are few higher authorities member who really is helpful and kind but most just think about there process and not about the agents and there preferences so I think everywhere something is wrong or the other but the training team is awesome and the HR is also helpful i hope everything will be resolved and its a good company to work in cause nothing in this world is perfect and finding something perfect is like a dream so it is good to work in the firm ....Read More
