1.I worked there for 10 months, and it was a complete disaster. After our senior resigned, the company hired a so-called "video editor" with absolutely no experience—someone who didn’t even know how to use editing software or understand basic formats. Despite my concerns, the management decided to make this clueless person our senior, forcing the rest of us to work under someone who had no idea what they were doing. If you join, be ready to work with incompetent “leaders” and forget about learning anything new. 2.The team leader is a tyrant. If you disagree or point out their mistakes, they’ll fabricate stories and report false accusations to the boss. Without any investigation or listening to other team members, the boss blindly believes them and takes immediate action against you. This could mean a baseless warning letter or even transferring you out of the team. It’s a toxic and manipulative environment where fairness doesn’t exist. 3.They constantly assign tasks that are outside your job agreement, and if you refuse, they pressure you to resign. It’s either their way or no way. 4.During the notice period, they’ll stop your salary without any explanation or warning. On top of that, they’ll isolate and target you, making you feel like an outcast. They have zero respect for employees, and you’ll be treated like you’re disposable.
