The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. This Company gives better opportunities for all the employees to devlop the skills and grow the career. I like to work in this company but because of my incomplete education i have resignedand moved higher study. I love to work here in this company even after graduation.

Dislikes

Hard to develop the skills of freshers. But after some Struggle and proper gutof seniors employee can become more knowledgeable person.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
