Rosy picture of growth and exciting work we're shown to me during the interview. After joining I realized lack of processes and policies. Everyone is Director and anyone takes decesion and subordinate needs to follow them blindly. Anyone who question is ofterb is often looked down. Worst working culture, try to mark your self safe form the company.

Pathetic, even the management has no capacity to install AC in the office rather said it Dukan. Unprofessional people are there including directors.
