Likes

For freshers lot of new things and technical terms which they can learn, and one will get to know several departments and there work

Dislikes

The organisation dont have good work culture, we have to do seral types of for example we have to work for production and quality department also for store simulteniously. Also company doesgive you any benifits like bonus or insentive. Working hours are extra you have to work up to 7 or 8 o clock, for female candidates its worst
