I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Nothing is positive in that retail shop. Readymade garments purchase from ludhiana local factory and sell on high rate. The attitude of onwer Rakesh Jain is very poor towards employees. The main objective of that shop is profit maximization by hooks or crocks. Jainsons is not an organization but it's a retail shop. of one man.

Dislikes

No idea about HR Department to the Mr Rakesh Jain and Rahul Jain both are non professional. No employees engagement activities, No welfare programs, No leave Encashment, very less incentives paid to sales persons. One person of account dept has handle all over working of shop like HR, Accounts, operation administration etc.
