The culture is good and supportive for business operations although culture for safety rigrously needs to be adopted by the company. The company is growing or due to unstable higher management could be the reason the roots for the safety culture isn't strong enough, it doesn't reach to the bottom line, at ground level, safety personnels found sacrificing and doing formalities instead of complying with the safety norms. A lack of authorities to the EHS department. A lack of coordination between EHS department & site operation management was found. Work Details

Work & life balance is missing for employees working at site which requires immediate attention. Working for 12-14 hours with sundays working would require strong minds. It gets you ready for the culture in construction biz. in India with no exception.
