No doubt Job is secured but not satisfying for champions. Not a positve work culture at all.

Work Details

College is at a remote and rural region, industries are not intrested for any campus. Therefore T P O has to work at institute level only.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
